Spinning

The act or process of converting staple or short lengths of fiber, as cotton or rayon, into continuous yarn or thread. The process begins right from the procurement of basic raw material such as cotton, cotton blended, viscose, modal, polyester which are both natural and artificial fibres in making a quality yarn. KNITTING

Knitting is a method by which yarn is manipulated to create a fabric.

Knitting creates multiple loops of yarn, called stitches, in a line or tube. Knitting has multiple active stitches on the needle at one time. Knitted fabric consists of a number of consecutive rows of interlocking loops. When simply said, It’s a process of interloping yarns to make fabric.

Colour is applied to fabric by different methods of dyeing for different types of fiber and at different stages of the textile production process. These methods include Direct dyeing; Stock dyeing; Top dyeing; Yarn dyeing; Piece dyeing; Solution pigmenting or dope dyeing; Garment dyeing etc. Of these Direct dyeing and Yarn Dyeing methods are the most popular ones.
